Every session has a specific focus that you choose based on what is happening in your job at that moment. If you are entering budgeting season I coach you on your financial strategy. If it is appraisal season I coach you on your feedback and communication skills.

How I Work With You

I work on a retainer basis to ensure you have consistent support as you navigate the different seasons of your year. All programs begin with a free discovery session to ensure my experience is the best fit for your specific goals.
The Six Month Program This is often the choice for those in their first 90 days of a new role. I focus on helping you establish your authority and navigate the immediate hurdles of your transition.

The Nine Month Program This tier allows us to move beyond the initial transition and into deeper skills development. I work with you on long term communication strategies and how to build a culture of growth within your team.
The Twelve Month Program This is a full cycle of support. I walk through every season of your business year with you from planning and budgeting to appraisals and year end reviews. This is the most comprehensive way to ensure your leadership remains consistent through every challenge.
