Company culture is defined by the way things are done in an organization, its people’s values and vision. Why you exist and how you go about doing things ‘effortlessly’ I like to say that culture is not built, it is nurtured. It is not defined, it is uncovered. Whether we like it or not a culture exists in any organization, however it is not unchangeable, and it certainly is not static.

Like the weather cycle that effects the gardening space, the psychological environment that you nurture will define well-being, growth and passion. A healthy space and a healthy environment will help you grow the company that you want and even attract plenty of specialists.

Life circumstances change and if we didn’t know before, we now certainly know that the whole world around us can change in an instant. Do we uproot our gardens? let them go to rot? Of course not!

A great leader, much like a passionate gardener will ‘move mountains’ to ensure the continuity of their organization and the livelihood of their people, be it in a global crisis or an individual’s one.

Like a parent safeguarding their family for what may happen in the future, culture development is instrumental to preparedness. It is impossible to prepare for every challenge, but fostering a great company culture can ensure that your team is set up to face them.
